struggled teen trying to loose weight

heyy guys im new to this thing and i think that loosing weight will be soo much easier with this! so anyways.. i am 15 years old and a sophmore in high school and all of my best friends are skinny and gorgeous. and they dont make fun of me or anything they accept me the way i am and are very supportive. im not doing this for anyone else im doing it for me because i feel embarassed over my weight sometimes and thats not good. i weigh 138 pounds and i am 5'3 im not like obese or anything i just need to loose a few pounds like 10 or 15 but for some reason i just cant seem to do it. ive lost weight actually like 10 pounds since i started realizing i needed to loose weight a little while back. and its not that i think im ugly or anything cause i dont i know that i am not ugly im happy with myself and everything i just need to work off a little more weight so i can go shopping! alot of my clothes are too small for me and i love them sooo much there new and stuff! so yeah anyways... do you think that if i go on the treadmill every other day for 30 minutes it will help me? some of my problems are i dont eat fruits i just dont like them and veggies either. i hope that doesnt affect anything... my day basically consists of.. ceral in the morning, sandwich and chips at lunch, then a bagel as a snack before dinner, then a very low fat weight watchers dinner ive really changed my eating habits but i cant loose any more weight. really id be happy with just 8 more pounds or something does anyone have any advice? or should i just stick with wat im doing and commit to it a bit more asorry this was really long lol
 
well fruits and veggies should be your best friend if you want to lose weight, cut out the chips and eat wholewheat bread for sandwichs. yeah treadmills r great for weight loss.
 
You could always join one of your school sports, that will give you a lot of extra activity and possibly give you access to work out with the fellow athletes in the weight room.

30 minutes on the tredmill is good, increase the intensity weekly, try to use it everyday.
