Strict Diet not giving results anymore

Hello people,

I have been on a strict diet for more than two months now, and I wanted to share my experience and ask you some questions that you might help me with.

So I weigh about 176 pounds now (starting weight was 189) 6 ft 0 and I have been stuck here for 2 weeks. At first I took around 1500 to 1700 calories a day, basically high fat-low carb diet with around 100g of proteins every day. I do push-ups, chin-ups and pull-ups at home 6 days a week, and play basketball two days a week. I am IT guy so i am very inactive during first 8 hours of the day.

My metabolism is very slow because I always been more fat and also had trouble to maintain a normal weight for all my life. Now that I have cutted more than 1000 calories deficit every day, my metabolism has worsened and I go to bathroom very rarely (sometimes 3 days). Now I eat about 1200-1300 calories a day and I weigh 176 pounds for more than two weeks.

My questions to you guys is, do you know why am I not being able to lose more weight? Am I cutting too many calories a day that I am almost starving myself and my metabolism slowed down so much to save as much energy as it can or do I have to look elsewhere to realize the problem?

I would be happy to discuss with you about this. Thank you.

Firstly a low carb diet does not mean high fat, secondly, it is very normal to have some weeks when you don't loose depite doing everything right.

calorie intake needs are variable, it is possible you are to low considering how many calories you have cut, what is your bodyfat %, this can help be a little more accurate with both your protein intake and total calorie needs.

At what intervals are you eating at the moment? I find my metabolism is at its best when i eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 larger ones. That way its constantly working.
Also do you do any exercise in the morning?

Only thing that was able to work for me was FUZE for my metabolism. It didn't matter what I did or tried nothing would help me until I heard about it from my Boyfriend. Keep up the hard work. Doing exercises are good but who doesn't need a little help. and you said that you are not active at work so maybe this could help. I liked the capsules because they don't give me any side effects and they come in a bottle of 60 pretty cheap.

I buy mine from [Link Removed]
Idk how you feel about supplements but who knows they may work for you too.

GOOD LUCK!
