stretching program?

Does anyone know of any type of program things that are focused on gaining more flexibility (especially in legs)? Stretching is one thing that I can never seem to do with any consistency, and I am guessing that if my legs were stretched better then I wouldnt constantly be sore from weights or sports. Thanks for any advice on stretching.
 
Ian king has the lazy man's guide to stretching on t-nation.com. But its all static stretching. I would perform the workout after a training session thou instead of prior to one.
