Stretching is even a great way to burn a few calories as well as getting more limber.
Holding a stretch is very important (as well as not over-stretching). Stretch only until
there is tightening in the muscle, maybe just a little discomfort. Go easy at first.
After a few times of loosening your muscles, you will find your limitations. Your body will let you know. I have taught gymnastics for over 30 years and know a bit about stretching.

Yoga is also really good as it involves both balance and stretching exercise.

Stretching is very good for improving flexibility- it can then make you want to move around more and even feel a bit more comfortable in your body whilst you exercise. It can also help with circulation.

I love stretching as the results happen quite fast, within days or weeks and its very obvious how you have improved without breaking into a sweat!

But it won't burn you many more calories.

Stretching also help to reduce calf muscle before the workout.

This is for those who have big calf muscle like me.

Not sure what you mean by this. Stretching does nothing for the size of your muscles, it increases flexability and reduces the chance of injury before exercising.

I agree with you all guys that stretching is very important exercise because it make our body more flexible and more power full. Stretching should be part of your daily workout and we should prepare a schedule for daily stretching.
