Stretches

I have searched over this forum and google it. I haven't found much information that I was looking for. Would you guys list a bunch of stretches for each body part or post a link to where I could find how to make a stretching routine. I am not when it comes to stretching. I don't mean I'm not flexible. I just don't know what kinds of stretches to do. I don't know how to make an effective stretching routine.

Thanks guy. Those all look good. I'm still on getting how to form a stretching routine or how to stretch properly. I think I need more help with this. By the way, what is the difference from warming-up and stretching? I think stretching is just apart to warming-up and warming-up is more than just stretching. Correct if I'm wrong.

Stretching elongates the muscle, require it to contract over a greater distance during the lift.

Warming up gets blood pumping and primes the muscle, connective tissue and joints in preperation for the lift.

You want to warm-up before lifting and do stretching some time after lifting.

This is what I have decided to do for my stretches. They are all isometric stretches. Please comment on my choices. I think I did something wrong. I hope someone tells me that is way too many stretches. ROLF. XD

PS. I have read what it says on Tricks Tutorials.com. I was wondering if I should do isometric stretching? I haven't been active much in the past few years nor am I in a good shape. I am not that bad but I'm not sure if I should try it. I really want to but don't want to injure myself.
