hey, i have only been workin out for 2 weeks now and i already developed some small stretch marks on my biceps, im 19 yrs old, male, around 140 pounds, i have only been doin light weights around 50 pounds on machines and stuff, because i just wanted to tone more, not build that much muscle, is there a way to make the stretch marks go away or a way to prevent more for the future?
also how come like sometimes my elbow joints would crack when i do push ups or other related stuff on my joints, every time i stretch i would hear a crack, this happens maybe like every few days, my arms arnt sore or nething.
