Strength & Energry Decrease

Lately Ive been dieting, I'm not on a very strict routine tho, I mean, I just usually eat anything I want, but smaller portions, and if the portions arent smaller than normal, then usually I'll skip out on some other meal.. Its hard to explain the diet I'm on, but its working, and its not like im starving myself, but lately Ive noticed that Ive been tired, (which really isnt anything new, becuase Im always tired when I work/school) but the thing that gets me is that I'm getting it seems like 'weaker'- Weights I'm actually Improving on, but as for like lifting dead weight, and akward boxes and stuff, I aint doin as good as I was when I was almost 190... but right now, Im lookin better, and feelin better in shape than I ever have, which puzzles me on why I cant lift certain things that I had no problem with before...

well that could just be about energy.. when lifting boxes & such you get nothing out of it, nothing to get excited over. but when you're working out you obviously have a goal, and it makes you work to your full potential. when you're lifting the box you prob don't think 'come on just 2 more boxes and ill be closer to my goal!' lol

I'm still gonna play the diet card. I get what you're doing, cause I've done the same thing in the past but heres a tip: Don't eat more at one meal and skip another. Bad idea. The semi-constant intake of food keeps your body going and helps increase your metabolism, hence loosing more weight.

I suggest keeping a better eye on when you eat and what prior to your feeling the way you do.

maybe you had an insulin spike, which tires you out a few hours later. ive been caught off guard with those before, didnt mean to spike my insulin purposley though. but if its become normal to be tired like you say you are, somethings missing. like that skipped meal? are you cutting out your fats?

i guess in a since you are all right, mreik, lol, ur right about the box thing, i usually dont find myself gettin pumped up to knock these boxes out, and in another since corple, and McCarley are right.. Lately I just havent been as hungry, so when I eat, I dont find myself hungry until like 5 hours later.. Im gonna try and keep an eye on what I eat, and how much, try to get those 6-8 meals a day in.. try to at least..
