I am starting to feel like crap again... I basically just gave up since my progress was going so slow, and started to indulge in regular food, deepfried food, and alcohol, and chocolate... It's been pretty bad. When I stopped I think I was... 161, and now I'm back to 164. I really want to just break 160. I think that will be my goal for the next 2 weeks. to be 159. It would make me feel so much better. Anyways I hope that the forum will get me back to where I left off.
