About 3 weeks ago I started useing my york situp bench again. I did 35 reps ever second night to start off. I now started doing 50 reps every second day with a 10lb weight to my forehead (could feel the difference about 10 reps in). I have changed my diet to poruage in the morning ,chili or pasta for lunch/greek salad. I usuually have chicken or steak for dinner and eat junk food with the woman once a week (usually friday nights). Im getting better for sure I can see a slight difference in 3 weeks. I cant do it everynight because Iwould killmyself I work 6am-5pm monday to friday.
