Stomach!need Help Plz:)

Im 14 and i just lost 30 pounds recently...ive hit a sort of plateu. i really want to lose stomach fat. Im around 5'7 and 150lb. Does anyone have an tips on losing weight or toning my stomach? i already run a mile everyday or two but ive basically let my diet go. Any help??? :(

you need to get a diet with plenty of everything and control your fat and calorie intake... and also need to do cardio cardio cardio!!!

A mile a day burns around 300 calories, you either have to run farther or stay active throughout your day.

I lost weight when I was around your age also and I've found that using an exercise stationary bike works great because how long or hard you can last for doesnt depend on how much you currently weigh.
