So my stomach looks bigger even though i lost around 6kg.
I started at 59kg and i'm now around 53kg.
I took pics when i was around 56kg and my stomach looks bigger now?
I do think it's not as big as it was when i was 59kg but it still became bigger.
I don't know why and i'd like an answer from someone :)

without enough information it is impossible to even guess what is happening.

what is your diet like, calories ? macros? food?

what exercise have you been doing ?

are you measuring or just weighing ?

do you know your bodyfat % and has it changed ?

Hi Juzidd,

To lose weight in a specific area of your body, let's say belly, it's not possible, you can't control that. The way the body loses weight it's genetically controlled. The same is when you gain weight. Some people, when gaining weight, they get more on the belly, others on their waist, butt, legs. You can't control to get more fat in one specific area of your body.

So your stomach might look bigger because you lost more weight in other body parts and less in the stomach area. And your eyes are perceiving it as your stomach is bigger than before, even if it's the same. Because your eye compares how your body looked at 59 and how it looks now.

Don't worry, just keep going to lose weight gradually until you like how your stomach looks, while you have a good diet and exercise regularly.
