As you know, I lost the weight last year but kept up exercising - cardio and weight training, plus eating light.
I just noticed, a few weeks ago, that the sides of my stomach go in - you can see the line clearly - I'm not sure what it is, but I think the execising is paying off!
Of course, I still have jiggly flab in the middle, maybe from pregnancies, so I can't applaud myself TOO much.
It's not a 6 or 8 pack. It's not even a 4-pack. Hek, I might never get the 4-pack. But that's okay, I'm working my muscles and I'm pretty pleased about the progress!
