Stomach Fat

I had a question and wa wondering if someone would be able to back it...i was on this site and the site stated that ust because you work out your abs doesn't mean that that where the fat is going to be taken away from...
is this true...
with all the ab machines it's kinda hard to tell.

I havent had a chance to look at the site yet but what it sounds like you want is a spot reduce which isnt possible. The only way your goin to get rid of the fat over your abs is to cut with a calorie deficit. The best way is to combine a 20% cal deficit w/ cardio 3 or 4 days a week. If you dont have that much fat covering your abs I would say try and bulk alittle bit. wit proper dead lifts, plancks, and ab excercises your abs should probably show. But I would recommend those excercises what ever your tryin to do.
