Stomach Cramping

This problem started for me in November of last year. For some weird reason, after I do one set of crunches, I get really bad stomach cramps. The pain is to the point where if I try to sit up, my stomach muscles tighten, and I'm down for the count for like 5 minutes.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

I can only do one set and my abs are a problem area for me. I need help.
 
im pretty sure most cramps in the body are from hydration problems or overtraining..how much water do you drink? how often do you train??

water lubricates the body, bones, and joints its kinda compared to oil in a car therefore without it, it can lead to severe problems

I never thought about that. I guess I should start drinking a lot more water. It's pretty hard staying hydrated in Iraq.
