Someone has brough to my attention that maybe I should not have put so much info in this forum about myself. ANYONE can see it...
I have gotten a little carried away and REGRET a mojority of what I have done...
Like posting pics of the kids for one!
And specific names and just too much info overall..

Am I paranoid? YES! But it can happen..... Oh I am loosing sleep over this!

Christina~ I know that I haven't been a member for a very long time but I'm sure you didn't give out your home address and what school your children go too...but I guess I don't know, anything could be possible. Did something happen where it's making you so worried??? Please don't get yourself sick over this. I'm sure everything will be fine. Everyone I've met on here has been really nice, I don't see anyone as a threat. Let me know what's going on with you, ok? I hope everything is ok.

i wouldnt worry too much - how many people see your childrens faces in real life?
 
Is there someway you can delete your whole diary and start a new one?
I know you can edit and delete them individualy...great..tina..now you got me worried...lol....
 
ok, to clear things up... NOTHING has happened to me .... yet.... but somone I know has had weird things going on with her... she is in an entirely different situation.... but I just got paranoid....

PLEASE dont be all that worried... I am just a worry wort!

But I think in this day and age maybe we should be? I am feeling better now anyway.... after having talked to a few people about this....

Damn, I am so sorry for getting all bent out of shape... I dont know why I let that girl worry me so much... She was all like "Oh My God! What did you do? Do you know what can happen to you and your family?"
She's the one that scared the bajesus outta me... and here I am causing all this crappy comotion ........PHEWY!
Erase this thread! LOL Can I rename it so its not so scary anymore?
 
Christina~ I'm glad everything is OK. I know how it is when it comes to family and friends, you want to keep them as safe as possible. It's only natural to feel the way you did. I don't think you where over reacting or paranoid. You where being a kind, thoughtful, loving person that only wants to protect the ones you love, nothing wrong with that. In fact there should be more people like you out there.

I'm always careful on the internet... with the help of a friend... i managed to get myself into a sticky situation with a guy that she had met off the internet. Stupid girl met him for the FIRST time at our high school graduation dance!! Anyways to cut a long story short she tried to cut all ties with him a few months later as she was bored with him and wanted something new (lol.) He got very angry, and started hacking into hers and her friends e-mail accounts... therefore mine too. Had to make sure that i changed the password and made random answers to my password question at least twice a month so that he couldn't access my account anymore. Eventually he got bored and moved on thank god... But the issue has made me feel very nervous about giving away too much infomation on the internet.. So no worries.. i see where you are coming from. :D

But to be honest.. These things are pretty easy to sort out. :)
 
I wanna be Christina too......She seems to have alot of fun....I know she probaly has one of the best toychests...LOL...
 
Before posting, I realized the same thing. I knew that a lot of people could see what I post - member or not. So although I will be revealing information about myself, there are things that I will be leaving out about my identity, although all health related information is and will be truthful.

I don't think I'll be posting my city, last name, or pictures just because I'm also paranoid... but everything else I'll have up here!

My cousin-in-law was chatting with someone in a chat room who lived in another country. He sent her his picture with his "nephew" and it ended up being a picture of one of my other uncles with his son. It was so weird and my uncle was really irritated that someone was showing off his picture to others online claiming to be him.
 
chat rooms are 1000x more dangerous than anything else out there. I have been active on the net for over 10 years now, and i refuse to go into them ... and i especially encourage any kids to stay out, but they don't seem to realize the dangers.
