stinky shoes

My running shoes stink. They're gross. And they're not even that old. Anything I can do about it?

Yes, you can put odor absorbing pads in them. You can also buy an anti-bacterial spray to use every once in a while. I use both methods to keep my shoes smelling fresh and clean.

Seriousy? put them in the freezer for 24 hours... it will kill the bacteria in them...

but you should really have 2 pairs of shoes and trade off wearing them...
