I'm a newbie and I'm still trying to figure out how to maneuver around this site. I used fitday.com for the first time tonight, and it was amazing how many more calories I had eaten than what I thought. Until tonight I had not recorded anything, and I think that is going to be key for me. Those few peanuts and piece of cornbread didn't seem like so much at the time. I really, really want to change my eating habits and become healthy. I've started a water aerobics class for 1 hour 3 times a week. I'm really enjoying it. Some days I don't want to go, but the water feels so good. I survived my debut in my bathing suit which was a big step for me...so self-conscious about my weight. I want to lose 80 pounds, and I would realy appreciate any support anyone has to offer. Any suggestions of how to best use this site? Thanks.
