Change up your exercise. If you've been doing the same running for a while, up your intensity. Do some intervals. Switch to a bike, and do the "Hill" course at a high intensity. It seems your body is used to the exercise it's doing, so it's no longer challenged.

Just a side, have you gotten your body composition done? 135 at 5'2" isn't far from an "ideal" weight, so maybe it's time to evaluate if that's the weight where your body is going to want to stay. At this point, it may be time to go by body fat composition, rather than the numbers on the scale. See if your body fat % is appropriate for your age, then go from there.

what does your eating look like?

Are you sure you are accurarately measuring your portions and recording everything you're putting into yourmouth?

have you been checked by your doctor to make sure there's nothing physical going on?

well i was asked this by someone else on the board and i do not think i am exactly 100% about everything i log in because some of the foods are just not there iam from canada and find it hard sometimes to find the foods so i would say about 85% right about the food ...iam going to see the doc on 16 march i will tell them what is going on and make sure they do a thyroid check and cortisol level check ... for instance today i have had one toast flax seed bread 1 tablespoon peanut butter no sugar or salt added cantaloupe and strawberries one cup BREAKFAST: LUNCH; i had i cup chicken breast boiled,1 cup spinach half a avocado and one peice of bread .....dinner looks the same .....its a typical day

when you measured the tablespoon of peanut butter - was it an actual tablespoon or did you use a kitchen spoon and just guess...

It's very easy to go over your suggested calorie range by a lot unless you're really precise in measuring...

I'm not saying you should be obsessive about measuring but is you're having trouble -the first place I'd go to is what you're eating...

actually i use my kitchen spoons and past few days use mesuring cup to make sure everything is a cup i am trying to be more precise.......

My Diet Suggestions

Sounds like you have your food routine down. However, I would space the food out more. Try to put two or three snacks in, that you will eat five to six times a day.

Also, were the cantaloupe and strawberries fresh? Make sure you eat fresh fruit every day.
As to vegetables you had spinach and avocado. However, the avocado is probably going into the fat section. This leaves you with only spinach. Add more variety of vegetables into your diet. I know it can be work preparing the, but it is worth it.

Now, I noticed that you don't consume any dairy during your day. Does that have a specific reason? If so, make sure you get enough calcium since not having enough calcium can hinder your weight loss.

You can lose your weight with tomato because consuming tomatoes for breakfast reduces the hunger pangs and promotes a feeling of fullness.Although it takes time to reduce fat but it works effectively.

Hey Anna,

What you need to do is find a good full body weight training program and a meal plan.

You need to start weight training, and build muscle.

One pound of muscle will burn 35-50 calories all on its own.

This means if you add muscle to your body you will burn more calories by increasing your metabolism.

Make sure you're not starving yourself because this will only lower your metabolism and cause you to gain more weight eventually.

Also eat more protien. Protein has a higher glycemic rate, which mean that your body uses more calories to digest protein than carbs or fat...
