I started dieting in January to lose some weight, I was 195, I've worked my butt off and have lost about 40 pounds. But my question is, I'm at 155 right now, and I can still see 15-20 pounds of fat on me between my thighs waist and stomach, but that would take me down to around 135, which is way to lite, especially considering that have have allot of muscle on me. So why isn't it adding up right?
I don't mean to confuse any one, but I have friends almost my exact hight with the same basic body structure, and have hardly any muscle and no fat, and their 145. So how could I get down to 135 after loosing all my fat and have a lot of muscle at the same time? I'm just kind of confused here. I don't under stand how it could be a water weight issue, I drink plenty.
