Hi everyone! I posted a couple times last week but haven't had much time to do much else what with classes and reading and trying to catch up!

But now I'm actually trying to catch up in here, too!

These past few weeks haven't been easy. My weight's been fluctuating and I cannot seem to maintain my goal. I'll hit it and then shoot right back up within the next day and fluctuate 2 or 3 lbs every couple days! I'm definitely going to read what some of you have said in this and other threads about tips and foods to eat and what not, but feel free to give me some input! Thanks!

If you are having problems, let's start with some basic ideas.

Keep a food diary for the next week. You have to write everything (and I mean everything) you eat or drink. If you know the calorie count, write it down. Keep servings in mind as well. At the end of the week, you can look at it and see where changes can be made.

Most likely, you are eating more calories than you realize and thus, the flux in weight.

my roommate keeps a diary, and she's def fluctuating. i think what i did was put more protein back into my diet, and that really upped the numbers! So to meet this month's goal, I made weekly goals and I'm doing just fine now. What with school and work it's so hard for me to keep up with anything, even a food diary. Sounds bad, but even on here I'm not very active. :(
