i found these on another weight-loss forum and decided to post them on here for a bit of help i guess lol
if you are hungry try doing one of these 10 fridge rules ....
1) Take all your clothes off and take a good look in the mirror look at your belly and the fat areas... (Are u still hungry?)
2) Pop upstairs and clean your teeth. (Still want to eat?)
3) Take a bath. (Still hungry?)
4) Take a good look, at your hips, thighs and stomach. Look at them inch by inch, so they make u happy? (Still hungry?)
5) Try those jeans on that are 2 sizes too small. Does the fact that the fat hanging over the top of them make you feel good? (Still hungry?)
6) Look at your before photos. Do you really want to look like that again?? (Still hungry?)
7) Think back to when u were at your most miserable when you were over weight, the embarrassing times, the times you thought people were talking about you, or whispering? Did that make you happy? (Do u still want to eat?)
8) Picture yourself in that bikini on holiday? (Do you think you will look good if you eat right now?)
9) Wash your hair, and make yourself up to look and feel good. Remind yourself that eating will not make you feel any better.
10) Lastly and most importantly, say to yourself after each process, I am a strong, beautiful person and I CAN DO THIS!!
*ok dont take me the wrong way i dont mean this as a thing to get people to not eat at all because everybody knows that doesnt work .. lol it's simply about if you want that extra portion, or you fancy that biscuit etc ...
