Although I am so happy of my progress, I still deal with the internal confict over food going on within me.
Food is remains a source of comfort to me. It is like my dietician said, I am not the same person, so my thinking has to change.
She also mentioned that the mind lags behind!
Still just get frustrated with myself. There are alot of other factors that affect appetite and weight loss, along with the struggle I just happen to carry within myself:
Finances- More money means buying the food that really helps me stay on track
Personal stresses
Hormones
Time of year (season)- Gets cold and want comfort food
Work schedule
