Stiffness on the right

Hi,
one Month ago I've restarted my training. This time I don't work out in the Studio but at home. I only use short dumb bells as auxiliary means.
Since Tuesday I have a stiffness on the right of my budy (no stiffness on my left). The stiffness goes from my shoulder down to my lower leg.
It was a normal training and I worked out the left and the right side of my body.
Why is the stiffness only on one side?
