i cant really do a deadlift cause my back seems to curve. so anyone reccomend stiff leg deadlifts? and i think it isolates the lower back more right??? thanks!
Lighten the weight up until you build enough core strength to maintain form. I highly recommend them . THey make a big diffference! Make sure to come up rapidly but controlled and stand all the way up. Keep your shoulders from hunching forward too.
Good form with lighter wieght will do much more than heavy wieght bad form.
As Mel said, maybe try it with some lighter weight and try and get your form right, if your back keeps bending, really emphasise sticking your bum out and keeping it up, so the flextion is only occuring at your hips.
