hey,

on my first day of weight watchers today! it seems easier to keep up on and my boyfriend loves stealing my food so he's pretty happy that it's nice too! need to do some exercise today though dunno if i'll go for a jog or work out at home! how often do you all workout and for how long? also is 20 points a normal amount for ww it seems kinda high?

day 3 and i'm loving ww! i can't believe it took me so long to try it! the next few days will be the hard part though as i always get sick of diets by then and the temptation of dominoes gets stronger!
been doing my stepper for an hour every night but i need to get to a gym for weights! it's quite costly though so i may try the tins of beans thing!
