Steps to Weight Loss

Here are some basic tips that I have used since the start of my program, I am giving you this answer based on the fact that you have given absolutely no information what so ever.

1. Make a diary of what you eat each day

2. Eat healthy

3. If you eat Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Start cutting it down to 6 meals a day and smaller meals.

4. Exercise and plenty of it, to lose weight you have to burn calories (HITT is a great way to lose weight)

5. Drink plenty of water

6. Get plenty of sleep

Just remember you get out what you put in, and diet is a large part of the whole process.

Yeah we need way more information than that to help you. But your basic idea is:

1) Eat clean. Diet is 80% or more of the battle
2) Weight Training - helps you burn fat in a variety of ways
3) Cardio if you want to add after your training is set
4) Lots of rest

Tough to advise on such a small amount of info.
Simple equation input = output
Would you put Diesel in a petrol car and expect it to go? Didn't think so. So dont do it to your body, give your body what it needs.
Set your goals. Make them Specific and realistic, all parts of the SMART principle.

Cut the junk food especially anything that is high in saturated fat.

Have less food that are deep fried and have something more natural, raw or steamed.

Choose your food wisely when you are eating at home or outside.

example if you are having Indian for dinner, say no to rich, buttery curries and deep fried bread and pastries. look for daal and vevetable or rice based dishes.
