Hey I'm Stephanie and I am 18 I have struggled with my weight pretty much all of my life and have also struggled threw an eating dissorder but this is a new step for me and i am determinded to reach my goal in a reasonable time frame and doing so healthly.
Breakfast: yogurt 140, 1/4 cup blueberries 20, small glass of oj 55
Lunch: Ham & cheese on wheat 350
Snack: fudge 100
Dinner: chicken fried rice 330
snack: small vanilla dish 200
total: 1195
exorcise: wii fit 20min, swimming 1hr total 1/2hr laps 1/2 fun with the puppy
so i probably could have made some better choices today
I also walked around the mall this morning but i dont consider that exorcise because i was shopping so it wasn't really continuous but i was pretty dissapointed while shopping I'm telling my self that stores sizes are just messed up but I am in a size range that i have never been in currently im anywhere between a 14 and 16 my useuall for the longest time was a 12 and im going away to college and am really fearing the freshman 15 because I will not let my self be more than a 16
anyway sorry for the length and does anyone have any tips on vacations and how to stay on track we staying at a freinds house so were eating in most meals which will be great but its my little oh ill just have a scoop of ice cream that an hour later turns out i just had 5 single scoops of ice cream
