Hi,
Welcome to my Weightloss Diary
The basics: Im 23, Australian, tallish (5'9), a total geek
(yes I love to play video games), i study at Uni and work at a video game arcade.
I like to eat!! However I need to eat healthy! I'm a vegetarian so you would think healthy eating wouldn't be a problem... unfortunately chocolate doesn't contain meat
lol. I will start chronicalling what I eat and the exercise I do to keep tabs on myself and hold my actions accountable. I am really determined to be healthy and happy...for now. The thing I seem to have trouble with is motivation..
Ok so at the moment I weigh 107kg (or almost 236lb)
My Ideal weight is around the 70kg mark (or 154lb)
Its 9:30am and I'm still in bed so I have yet to eat today. I am completely broke at the moment so my eating habits won't be ideal today or tomorrow until I have some more cash to go and buy fruit and veges etc. I am however cutting out candy/chocolate/soft drink(sodas) from my diet. Only good fats will be consumed.
My exercise will start off slowly. I'm planning on starting some walking around the park I live next to, also more DDR (the dancing game for those unfamiliar with arcade games) which I really enjoy playing, some bike riding (when I get my new bike assembled...turns out I really lack bike assembling skills
) and the gym (when I have some money and the payments actually go through -_-) Right now when i finish this post i am going to do some housework then go for a walk!
