Hello Everyone!
Just want to say I have been using the gym at work and doing Pilates at home regularly every week, but have gained weight and not lost it.
It's frustrating, especially when I am actually working out and not just sitting on my behind.
Sometimes I'd like to forget all about exercise, but what is my other option give up and just continue to grow out of shape, not likely!
So, I evaluate things and decide to take more care with what I eat and how I eat and although I still haven't lost any weight I believe I am getting stronger and fitter.
I am determined to beat the weight, I did it after my first three pregnancies and almost 4 years since my last born, was born, I know I can and will do it again.
I am a wife and mother of four and am very busy because I am also in full time employment, but I choose to be fit and commit to it!
