HELLO EVERYONE!!!!! :cool2:
so here i am again trying to get rid of the last stubborn few pounds of fat before it's bikini time..
i have always loved a killer cardio sesh lasting 30-40 mins in which i train moderate to high intensity and i sweat buckets .. the buzz i get after is amazing
i notice that being in a fat burning zone requires lower intensity and to have a slower heart rate while training.. i have tried this a few times but it just feels like i am not getting much out of it and i hardly break a sweat compared to the usual cardio sessions i do... i kinda feel 'surely plodding along like this is not going to burn off more fat then how i usualy train'
can this lower intensity cardio workout (for a longer period of time.. usualy 1 hour) really burn more fat then a higher intensity 30-40 min workout???
ps- and please don't suggest hiit .. i always throw up or nearly pass out when i do that and i want to keep some element of 'kool' at the new gym i have been going to haha
