although a member for many years i have seen other members leave for good reasons and heard of members get their membership cancelled for trivial reasons like addressing broken machines or dirty bathrooms. Once i said something mine was also cancelled, if you are moving here, or live here currently, i encourage you not to sign up or leave before they get rid of you. they do not care about the member only getting more members if they lose a couple so what. My wife was in tears as they treated her like a crimnal the day she went to drop off her key!:

Picket and put up signs across teh street on public property. Businesses love that when you draw attention to how screwed they are.
