Hello all,
I used to be an athlete working out 6 days a week and twice a day. I was never big on the stationary bike. Unfortunately I suffered a torn Achilles and a torn patellar tendon along with a separated shoulder that required surgery. These injuries have sidelined me for a year and a half. I just got cleared to begin workouts again, however I can only do stationary bike due to my knees. I have been reading multiple articles suggesting one hour... At this time I've been doing 9 miles in half an hour at level five... I'm wondering if I combine this 15 minutes of light weights it will yield the results of losing about 1 pound of fat a week given that I maintain my current diet and the fact that I was completely sedentary for a year and a half??
Thank you in advance for your response
