Hey again!
So, I have been doing 40 minutes a day for 5 days a week on a stationary bike at my gym. I do different intensity levels and at the end I feel totally worked out, like I think I should. (ie: sweaty, high pulse, all those good things). (I also lift dumbells at home 5 days a week) But I was just reading somewhere that stationary bike exercise is just as good as walking, so you might as well walk. I was totally discouraged by this because I thought I was doing way better than just walking. I have been judging my workout level by my pulse rate during biking which averages 162 (I'm 20 years old, so I figured that was good). Should I just ignore this negative additude towards stationary cycling, or is there something I should know??? Will my workout program help me lose weight??
Thanks.....!
