starvation mode?

hi

i was wondering does anyone know any good 1800 eating plans cos this is roughly what i need i think im 5.5 18yr old female iv been on other diets but i always end up eating to little cos im afraid of weight gain but this has put my body in starvation mode i also walk, housework, gym and burn 300-500 every weekday is this enough please any advice would be much appriciated also iv been doing this for a month with 0 weight loss and i only have a (cheat) chicken in orange sauce and chips once a fortnight. :p

What im going to give you is an example at around 1700 calories

breakfast - 1 cup oatmeal, piece of fruit (300)

snack fruit or cottage cheese (100)

lunch- chicken breast, veggies or salad, 2 pieces of whole wheat bread (400)

snack fruit or cottage cheese (100)

dinner steak, poultry, or fish, baked potato, salad, veggies, and 2 pieces of wheat bread (800)

snack - fruit or cottage cheese (100)
