Hey there! I'm Matt and I'm from Australia. It dawned on me how overweight I actually was very recently, and being as young as I am, I am determined to make a change so I can live life to it's extent from the earliest point.

ANYONE CAN DO IT! I firmly believe that in the bottom of my heart.
It takes a little dedication and willpower, but anyone can lose lose weight!
