Starting the 30 days shred

Hi everyone,

So today I have decided to start the 30 days shred by Jillian Michaels and I was just wondering anyone who has done this program, is currently doing it or anyone that would just want to come and try do it with me you are more than welcome. Also if you have already done this program and there are some things that you would want to share then please to ahead or there are ny tips that you would want for us to know then please just come and share and we shall be very greatful for is. Thanx
 
Keep us updated on before and after weight and progress! I'm coming up on a cut and was thinking about going nuts for a month or so. Good luck!
 
Jillian Michaels 30 days shred is killing me. This is my 5th day at it but yet I don't think it's getting any easier for me plus my ass is hurting me so badly. Gosh I hate this.
 
No idea what this diet is, please give an overview to see if it is likely safe or one of the hundreds of dodgy diets out there Aitkens has literally killed a number of people so well known doesn't mean safe or well thought out.
 
Ok so this is a workout video that I am doing everyday and the workout is about 20 mins long. The program itself includes a cool down and warm up. On top of that there are 3 circuit to it with each circuit lasting 6mins: 3 mins strength, 2mins cardio and 1 mins abs. For more info look for it on youtube just type in Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and then you can see her video for level 1, 2 and 3.
 
If you can comfortably do more without risk go for it. There is a strong chance the system you have selected is designed for people who can't or wouldn't be unwilling to do more.
If you go too far, back off a little, if you don't go far enough do more, as long as you don't just stop the results will keep coming.
