So here goes... AGAIN.
I'm not very good at losing weight, even with all the amazign support I have received on here.
So.. new user/profile, new name, new "identity".

There will only be a select few who will get to know who I really am/was and to the rest of you I'm Lylitu/Lilly if you like.
No that's not my name before you try and guess :p
It was my WoW name lol, based on the name of a succubus I do believe lol
Also based around Lilith because I :beating: that name. Despite it being a "demon" and an annoying brat in Supernatural!! Which I also heart :)

Anyway, back on track!! (Just to go off track again I made a new Sim the other day too and deliberatley didn't pick the easily distracted trait despite that being me all over!)

ANYWAY!!
I'm 20, nearly 21, and a student in the UK.
I'm on an extremely demanding and time consuming course and making the most of these few weeks off!

I've lost weight before but never kept it off and unfortunately, since getting into a relationship (almost 5 years now :) ) both of us have gained a substantial amount of weight and it's recently been getting my boyfriend down so I'm starting us eating healthier and getting us more exercise.

We both want children one day so being healthy and enjoying us as much as possible before we do is our goal for now.

I could ramble on for hours, and this post will be super long so congratulations if you made it this far and good luck with the rest!!

What is your current height and weight? I'm 5 foot 5 roughly. And I weigh.... 1 sec let me go hop on the scales... 15 stone 3, which is almost the biggest I've ever been!! Translates to 213lbs I think. My boyfriend is roughly 5 foot 7 and weighed in at 14 stone 10 last night, which is 206lbs.

If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be?
Personally, I think I'll be happy around 150lbs. I'd like to stay curvy because I have biggish boobs and shoulders and hips and quite a small waist so keeping a little weight on would help me keep the shape I like. I'd looove to do burlesque part time eventually so being slightly bigger would be good too as I feel sexier the curvier I am.

At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?
hmmmm, tough one. You see in four months, losing 2lbs a week, saying 4 weeks a month, is 32lbs.. I don't want to aim so high because I know I can't do it. I'd like to be under 200lbs again. Preferably by my bbirthday which is just over 3 months away.

Why do you want to lose weight?
See above :p

Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event?
Nope just for life in general.

What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?
Again life in general. I'm very busy with numerous health problems. It makes sticking to anything extremely difficult.

Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
I overeat and my favourite foods include pizza, cheese, cheesey pasta, cake, buns, I love baking and I eat what I bake, I love chocolate, takeout you name it, if it's bad for me chances are I love it!

What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?
I don't think anything but not going to my hospital appointments and quitting uni could help to be honest. Sounds extreme but they both really get in the way of anything right now.

Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight?
Yup, weight watchers and hard graft at the gym which I now can't afford....

Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back?
Genuinely, I think it comes from being in a happy relationship where both myself and my partner don't care what the others looks like because we love each other anyway.

What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work?
To an extent calorie counting. I have an obsessive personality so it can be dodgy ground.

Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?
Yeah it's what I intend to do.

Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?
Spaghetti bolognaise, chilli, curry and occasionally rice based dishes.

How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go?
Sometimes a lot others not at all. Subway mostly, the occasional restauarant meal but not often.

What are your three favorite restaurants?
I don't really eat out often enough, but I like pizza hut (unlimited salad woo :p), american style restaurants and chinese buffet places.

What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?
Wholegrain instead of white stuff (although we mostly do that anyway), less-no cheese, semi skimmed milk.

If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?
Almost everything!!
Boobs would be a nicer shape, no double chin, less hair, smaller bum, more defined and smaller legs, less-no cellulite, and a much much flatter stomach!

Do you eat when you are not hungry?
Only sometimes. Not very often I'd say.

Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)?
Yes, again not overly often though.

Do you hide your food or eat in secret?
Not anymore. I didn when I was younger.

Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed?
No I tend to lose my appetite more than anything.

Do you eat as a reward?
Yes, usually takeaways.

Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer?
Given that I'm almost always on the computer I'd say yes :p

What do you normally eat for a meal?
Ermm.. Depends. It varies. Chicken breast cooked in a tomato based sauce with mash and peas and sweetcorn. Or. Pizza and Garlic bread.

What type of snacks do you eat?
Biscuits and buns. Sometimes crisps. Cinamon, sugar and butter on toast.

In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing?
Physically I'm limited here so we're increasing our walking at the moment and I have Dance Central and Biggest Loser for the Kinect.

What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise?
Dancing, I'd love to horse ride again and I love cycling but I can't afford a bike.

What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals?
My boyfriend, my health, my life in general. I can't let him down anymore, and I want to look good in my clothes again, especially if I decide to do a burlesque class for my birthday.

Do you have rewards for certain goals?
Not this time because we're skint.

Sooooo, my plan at the moment is a little scuppered as I'm doing a sponsored week in poverty... My food for this entire week had to come from just £7, which means very little fruit and veg actually. I have about 5 portions over the whole week!! Eeeek!
But I may supplement with veg we already had in purely for my health!! Although certain things, like the curry and chilli I bought have veg in, and I have potatoes, milk and wholemeal bread so on the whole it's probably no worse than my eating over the last few weeks!!
ANYWAY. I get so distracted so easily lol.
So yeah, one member on here will probably click who I am from that so pretty please don't say anything!!

I worked out my calorie intake for this week, if I eat all but half the packet of rice and spaghetti, I will be on 1800 calories a day roughly, so this week shouldn't be too bad actually. And there is no way I'm gunna eat 1kg of rice this week!

After that, I'm not calories counting, I'm just going to go with general eating better and upping my exercise if I can.

Chicken flavour noodles with two slices of wholemeal bread.

Bfs food so far
Beans and sausages with four slices of wholemeal bread.

Looks pretty shoddy but I checked out the nutritional info on the beans and sausages and they're actually really good!! Ton's of fibre too, so in his one (big) meal so far he's had his daily amount of fibre, lots of protein and hardly any fat.


I'll update properly food wise tonight. And get a ticker on here ASAP.

So so far today hasn't been too good or too bad. Mine is probably as good as it can be given the poverty stuff, and my boyfriends is very good for him :p He is very fussy and doesn't like any fruit or many veg. Today veggy wise he had beans. 1 portion, but there is some onion, there has been potato in the wedges, chicken, sausages, loads of fibre. It's just the veggies missing.

Bleurgh I made too much food!!!
I thought there'd only be 8 or so meatballs in a can, noooooo, 15!!
I'm ashamed to say I ate them all!!
But to be fair, it only puts my calories roughly 1500 for today, which is 300 less than the average.

Wow, a sponsored week in poverty! The one good thing about that is at least you can't spend any money on junk! I dunno how on earth your managing to eat for 33p per meal! Craziness. Good luck!

It sounds like you are rushed off your feet. What are you studying?

You said its your birthday soon, you could ask people for money/vouchers to buy yourself a bike if you enjoy cycling. If your within cycling distance to uni it would save you the bus/train fare as well, and keep you fit.

And burlesque dancing ;) Ohhhlalaaaaa. You minx!

33p a meal?! I hadn't thought of it that way lol

Unfortunately, my mum has already bought me my present (Sonisphere festival ticket) and the only other person I'd be getting anything off really would be my dad except he's been made redundant.
You never know though, my grandparents might surprise me. They usually give me money anyway so if I get money it will be spent sensibly!!

ANNNNNNNDD. Burlesque is such a passion of mine at the moment but I just can't afford it lol.
There is a night once a month locally but it's soooo expensive! BUT someone I've seen perform there is holding fan dance workshops for only £20 so if she does one locally I'm so doing it!!

I'm not gunna say what I'm studying on here. It's nothing personal, but for now I want to stay as anon as possible :)

Also, going back to cycling..
I live too close to uni to cycle lol
It's literally like 10-15 minutes walk, up a HUGE hill. I'd never get up the hill, but once I did I'd be there in like 2 minutes. It's probably take me longer to find somewhere to leave my bike :p

Updating todays food too because I'm up super late so I've eaten again today. It's after 2am here at the moment lol, but I didn't get up properly today until like 4pm!!

Yep:) your lucky your 5 foot 5 im only a stump compared to you. Are you going to exercise during this? its lovely you and ur bf are doing this together :)

We're hoping to up our exercise gradually. My health problems (not weight related) mean I'm quite limited, stairs/big hills/running = big no no, however my boyfriend is still gaining weight despite not actually eating that badly so he needs to add exercise more than I do. We both have birthdays in October so I broached the idea of using birthday money to buy a treadmill/bikes for us. He likes the idea of bikes but where we live at the moment isn't bike friendly, but we own a decent tent so I suggested camping holidays and taking the bikes with us :p
Also, he then said there isn't enough room for a treadmill, but he's forgetting we're only here a maximum of onemore year then we're moving, so it doesn't matter.
He was just having a down day last night I think.
So we're gunna walk and stuff for now, then in Oct we can finally think about buying some stuff.

It's half 1 in the afternoon and I've only just gotten up but my boyfriend has only just got to sleep, every time he was just drrifting off something would happen.
We heard a ton of noise coming from upstairs that sounded like someone throwing buckets down a flight of stairs!!
Then, just falling asleep after that we heard a HUGE bang, turned out the window cleaners were here. Noisy buggers!!
Quick question...
We haven't asked the window cleaners to come, and we didn't know there were any (lived here over 9 months and no sign of themuntil now) so what the hell do we do if they come asking for payment?
If they had asked us in advance there is no way we would have got the to do it. It might not be much but there is no way we can afford it!!
Unless they're hired by the landlord, which is fine by us :p

Confession time....

I weigh daily!
Always have done always will.
However I track my weight on a graph rather than going by the numbers so I look for a downwards trend rather than the number consistently going down.
 
So we went to pick up some post today (apparently it was too big to fit through the letterbox) and decided we would both go and would both walk all the way both ways.
We then went to pick up my phone charger too and I've worked out we walked about 2.5- 3 miles today :)
Off to have something more to eat too now.
Boyfriend is hungry too so think he'll have tomatoey pasta and I'll probably finish last nights hotdogs with chicken noodles.
 
Today has been rubbish so far.
We've both made it to almost half three without eating!! oops, to be fair we haven't been up long but it's not good!!
Gunna go make some foodnow, think I'll skip breakfast for now and go straight to something pasta based or something. Don't feel like anything I've got in today, which is rubbish because all I can eat is what is in my cupboard. Might have beans and pasta, but I have no cheese! So it's boring :(
I'm grumpy today can you tell? :p

Trying to make sure we do at least one thing every day! Then tomorrow we've got an appointment at the doctors so thats a nice long walk there and back for us both.

Although one thing that's bugging me... We were talking to boyfriends mum the other day, they've just bought a treadmill, and she was like, you should come up here and use our treadmill it'd do you good.
Yeah except it costs like £15 a time and the reason we were on the phone was money related!! grrrrrrr.
Gunna stop there or it'll go on and on and on and on because some stuff really pissed me off the other day!

I am soooo grumpy today and it's not going away. If I wasn't on the £7 thing I'd buy a bottle of wine tonight at bargain booze! But I won't, I'll be good!!

Don't want to rant on this one as much as I used to on my old account because that's one of the reasons I wanted to start again. There is too much to go on about in our lives at the moment to even start talking about because I'd just never stop lol

Anyway, this walk to bargain booze keeps getting put off and put off so I'm gunna nag the boyfriend to get off his guitar and we can go.
It's going to be so hard not to buy any chocolate or anything while we're there. I've been craving sweet stuff since starting the poverty thing, as the only thing remotely sweet is the breakfast and thats only coco snaps.
Snack wise I bought noodles and ready salted crisps so that's no good!

Feeling better and I managed not to buy wine, despite there being a great offer on some Rose which is my favourite!!
Feel proud of myself. I can't justify the money or the guilt!! Or the waste of calories. That would have been all I needed to make a poor weeks diet even worse!

It was raining though which put a dampener on the walk, although it did make it slightly cooler.
