Starting Over

I weighed in at 210 pounds this morning -- a weight I was sure I'd never see again two years ago. And yet here I am.

I'm not going to do any special "diets," because I know if I restrict any food I'll just wind up binging it days or weeks or months later. Instead, I'm going to calorie count and try to exercise at least 4 days a week. I'm not expecting any huge drops in weight, I'd just like to be under 200 pounds when I leave for my vacation on September 27th.
