Starting over

I havent had any sucess for the last5 2 years. I have however did pretty good in the past and lost over 100 lbs. I then got pregnant with my 5th chils and called it quits again and I havent attempted to take care of myself. I am ready for a change and WLF helped me in the past and I hope I can look here for some positive support and motivation ;) HAPPY 2011:grouphug:
 
Hi, I had a flick through some of your old threads and you seem to already know how to do this so no need to give you advice but just wish you luck and hope that this time is the final time that you need to lose weight.
Looking forward to reading about your progress.

DAY 1

slept thru breakfast stayed up late the night before

Lunch
lean cusine 3 cheese rigitoni

Snack
apple

Dinner
3 - serv egg beater canadian bacon, 2 pieces light low calorie toast w/butterspray

Snack
1 fat free fudge pop

Exersice
5.08 miles on my stationary bike

I know my calories were way low but I am grocery shopping tomorrow,I was out of everything.
 
Niapage I remember you being around before on the forum... your success was quite motivational to other people so pleased to see you back ;) x
 
Ty Tutti Frutti ~ I know this is the place where I had alot of support and success and I even reread alot on my post from 2007 to help write up my grocery list ;)..

Today was a sucess I did some walking and I groceried shop several stores for a few hours so I wasnt home on the pc all day!

DAY 2

Breakfast
bananah
1 cup honey bunches of oats

Lunch
1 tsp peanutbutter on lite white bread

Dinner
1 lemon pepper chicken breast
1 big bowl mixed veggies
1/2 plain potatoe

Snack
jolly rancher popsicle (40 calories and yummmy)
handful of grapes!

I love my water and I drank 80+ozs

btw..hows the baby??? how old is he/she now???

a turkey wrap using low cal shell 2%cheese turkey mustard lettuce

Snack
a cola squeeze freeze (40 cals :0)

1 piece baked chicken breast with italian seasoning
1 big bowl mixed veggies

SNACK
1 apple cut up w/ 1 tsp peanutbutter

EXERSICE
5 miles on stationary bike
20 crunches
15 squats
 
Welcome back! And ooo babies! I love em! Someone around here needs to have babies so i can baby sit >:|. Lol anyways, you've done it once before so you can totally do it again! Good luck. xo
 
I had a rough day yesterday not food wise but with my beautiful white boxer Winston whom had gotten sick this past month to month in 1/2 he went from 70lbs to 40lbs ;( I had to take him to the vet and he has tumors in his backrear area and up in his intestine track wall and theres not much to do for him.Winston wants to eat and does eat but within 15-20 mins hes puking anyway they gave him pills to help shrink tumors and may work or may make him sicker so if he gets sick the next step is to have him put to sleep.:( Then I would have to keep it together and tell my 5 kids.
Diet wise Ive stuck to my word Ive done my bike 5 miles each night and calories been in the 1200-1400 range! I snuck a peak and so far -6lbs
 
oh no!!! i'm sorry tammy :( I have a dog and know how they become family. I hope he gets better soon! ((hugs))

turkey on latatilliafactorly low carb shell w/ LF swiss & mustard and grapes

Snack
honey gram snack bar (130 cals and yum)

DINNER
1 lean cuesine 3 cheese rigtoni w/ vodka sauce and big bowl mixed viggies
SNACK
1 apple sliced and tsp peanuttber spoon

100+ ozs water
5.3 miles stationary bike
20 situps
15 squats
 
I didnt many calories today I was sad about my baby WINSTON

1 nutrigrain strawberry bar

Lunch
1chicken soft wrap with LF cheese & sour cream with lettuce
Dinner
1 lean cusuine (2 mini chicken patties with lasana)

Snack
cherry cola popsicle (40 calories and yummmy)
handful of grapes!

took an exersice bike
 
My doggie is keeping medicine down somewhat so fingers are crossed :).....I feel great healthy wise I got my exrsice in and grocery shopped!

DAY 6

BREAKFAST

Hi Tammy, will keep my fingers crossed for your puppy. I don't know anyone close to my age with as many kids as you!!! It must be nice, crazy, but nice.

Keep up the great work. You know what you're doing. Good work on the bike. Yes, our weather is not bad. Wet, but above freezing.

Let's make every day count. I find the more active I am the less I want to blow the diet. I feel l should rename my diary "What I ate late last night" because if I could overcome that bad habit alone I would lose weight Seriously thought about it but don't know how to close my old diary and start anew like you. I will for sure check in with you. Kelly
