In my 20's I joined lots of gyms learned some things but then got bored and quit. Now in my 30's I want to start exercising again. But this time at home.
Right now I've been walking about 2x a week and I have joined WW. for 1yr I have only lost 8lbs.
I eat way to much protein/sweets and little carbs due to still being hungry.
I'm 5'3 187 and my goal is to get down to 140. I still have allot of muscle tone in my lower body but lack greatly in upper area.
Do I focuse on cardio or weights? I really don't know where to began.
Any suggestions would help!
