I have just started out on the journey to a fitter and slimmer me.
I have joined a Gym and go there twice a week I use the machines and will gradually increase reps.
I use the Cross trainer, various machines that have weights on them 12 reps on each machine ( can't recall what they are called though) the tread mill and the rower. I do two circuits each time I go.
I have done this now for two weeks and really love it.
My diet consits of eating my carbs in the morning with proetin and carbs at luch and protein and no carbs like rice pasta or potato in the evening just plenty of vegetables with the protein.
I started out at 12 stone 4 pounds ( 173.6 pounds) and now weigh 11stone 12 pounds ( 155.68 pounds) so not a bad start.
I want to keep my diet interesting so will look in on the recipe threads to get some new ideas.
My goal is to be fitter, more toned, get some sort of figure back and to reach a healthier weight.
I know that as I tone up that muscles weighs more than fat so is it more important later on that I use the tape measure and not worry too much about the scales?
I know that is looking way ahead as I need to lose a lot before that happens but I will get there eventually.
