tomorrow is the day!!!
ugh i always say that....every monday, i tell myself i will exercise more and eat better. i already eat pretty healthy, but it's the weekend binging that gets me...
anyways, i seem to maintain a weight of 140. my highest weight was 155 in 2005. i've recently been running and managed to get down to 135, but broke my toe this weekend (the big on on my right foot), and haven't even been able to stick my foot into a shoe since.
so running is on the back burner.
i felt like as soon as i couldn't run, as soon as i was physically unable to sprint without pain, is when i decided that that's all i wanted to do! now that i can't run, i want to. usually i am very lazy when it comes to exercise.
i decided that now is a good time to get on track with diet-exercise-TONING especially.
mainly i need someone to be accountable to because i'm too easy on myself.
so hopefully this monday will be different
i've set a GW and i'd just really like to lose the bootay and legs and get more toned.
