Sport Starting new routine for the new semester!

Hello everyone.

I actually decided to go to a gym place. Actually it's the local YMCA. =P
Anyways, this opens up great amount of opportunities for working out. They've everything. I won't be using my machine anymore.

Basically, I need some help making a new routine.

I plan to go there every Mon-Fri, Sun.

Mon-Fri : 4-6pm, Sun : Noon - 2pm

Anyways. I plan to either only actually "workout" for the first hour, or so. The other one I plan to go and get active in the other activities such as basketball, soccer, badminton, table tennis, ect.


My goal is to get the most amount of power in the smallest package. This HAS to be possible SOMEHOW right? =P

I don't mind increasing mass, but I don't want to get on about 30 pounds, and be only a tad bit stronger...


Any advice?
