So, i'm a newbie here! I decides that I want to start losing weight. I do not have much to lose yet, but I will if I keep eating this much and not doing anything. So I am 17 years old and I am 6'0 ft tall, weighing 183 pounds. I am a hair away from being overweight. My goal: Lose weight, get a flat belly and hopefully abs.
Day 1: I finished work at 11 pm, gym was closed so i went in my basement and did stationnary bike. 20 minutes of HIIT. I had a 20 pounds weight vest on me while doing it. I need as much motivation possible. I give up easily and i just need an extra push to get me out of the house and go do cardio. For my diet I have none. I will just do my best to cut my portions of junk food.
