After the arrival and departure of a particularly hideous birthday I decied to start a weight loss diary to see if it would help me get rid of the lasrt 10 lbs. They have been coming and going for quite some time and I really want them gone for good. My biggest down fall is sugar and my biggest plus is that I run-a lot. If not I'd hate to see what I would weigh! It gets frustrating and depressing but I try to keep on keeping on -my weight today is 135 I would like to get down to betwen 120 and 125. The least I have ever weighed is 118 and that lasted about a day! I have resolved to eat better and keep on running but it seems like I am just stuck at this weight hoping that by writing about it I can control this compulsion to snack and that will get me on my way. I have set goal dates and would like to see it all gone and a new toned me by the end of July at the latest.
