Im starting cohens in 2 days!! YAY
I get my program tomorrow and start the next day!
Im soooo EXCITED to start loosing wieght!
Theres one thing i really want to ask everyone though, and it is when should i wiegh myself?
I know most people wiegh themselves each week but i dont know if i should do that or do it every month?
Please help, cause i know doing it every week will keep me motivated but i also know doing it monthly will be much more exciting and i will see a wieght loss of a (hopefully) big amount....[/I]
ps. I know this forum is going to help me a heck of a lot through this! and am excited to keep posting on how well im doing!
