I figured this would be a good thread for me to show my progress.
Here is what I looked like in May from random pictures my GF took:
That was after 4 months of SOLID FBW bodyweight training under a crazy regimen (September - December) with carb/protein loaded diet, and then 5 months of slackin off (hence the May pictures).
My physique hasn't really changed, other than the fact I've lost a little mass from having so much cardio (riding BMX and MTBs). So I've slimmed back down. It's what seems to happen to me in the summer.
Today after my 1st session in the gym:

I've decided to track my progress here. I want to gain a TON of mass. Granted, LEAN mass. I want to stay as ripped as possible, and just gain muscle. The regimen I've set-up is pretty demanding. I will be posting weekly pictures, likely every Tuesday night to see if the 7 meals a day and INTENSE work-out shows progress in pictures. I'm assuming it will, but I want to see just how hard I can push myself and what the end result is.
I would like to hear your comments!
