Starting a new diary

Hey everyone! In case some of you don't remember me, my name is Michelle. I'm starting a new diary because I have let me other one go way to long, and I just wanted to start fresh. For those of you who don't know me, I am 16 years old and a junior in high school. I started off on my weight loss jounrey when I was a freshman in high school. Back then I weighed 172 pounds, now I currently weigh 119 pounds :) I feel very very happy about that I am so glad to have gotten this far. My goal is to eventually get down to 110-115 pounds, so I just have a little bit to go :) When I was a sophomore I started working out at the fitness center called Curves, and I worked out there for about 1 year. In fact I recently cancelled my membership so I could work out at Bally Total Fitness with my dad. We have been going there pretty much on a regular basis for the last month or so, I would typically work out on the elliptical machine for a half hour-45 minutes then do my upper or lower body workout, depending on the day. I want to start switching up my cardio though, just to add some variety to my workouts and to avoid getting board/hitting a plataeu. So tomorrow I'm going to make it a goal to jog/run on the treadmill for 35 to 45 minutes, depending on how I feel. My dad and I did not go work out today because he wasn't feeling well, but we are going to go tomorrow, then have a day off on Sunday. Thank you all for being so supportive on here, I really appreciate all of the encouragement :)

Today:
Breakfast: Weight Control Cinnamon Oatmeal with a yellow delicious apple with vanilla soymilk
Lunch: Chicken sandwhich from the school cafeteria, apple slices, strawberry dasani (i love those!!)
Dinner: 1 slice of gourmet chicken pizza from Round Table, salad with fat free blue cheese dressing

I hope everyone is having a great night :)

Hey, i'm there with ya sister, I've started a few diaries, I love the fresh start I feel.

ANYWAYS, you can totally do this girl and you sound like your off to a great start!! Keep it up!

Hi Michelle, nice to meet you. And yes I do know Curves, work out there a lot. Cool though that you switched to Bally's to work out with your dad. :D Good luck with your goals. :)
