starten again and need some help.

ight im starten weight training again. i havent been working out for a couple of months and i just now got in a gym for the first time. i use to work out at my house but it got boring and i dont have enough stuff to workout on. i want to bulk and get bigger then i want to start cutten afterwards. im taking whey protein and a multivitamin. my first day in the gym was yesterday and im not sure what routine i should start doing to bulk. should i do a 3 day full body or a 5 day which im set up to do right now. the plan i got right now is

mon- chest,shoulders,tris
tues- legs,thighs
wens- back,biceps
thurs- shoulders,traps
fri- hamstrings,calves

i got this plan buy getn some help from a a guy who is a body builder. but i dont know if this will be effective for starten out bulking or go to a 3 fullbody?? im trying to eat every 3 hours and try to make it good foods and drinking only juices,milk,water. and for my workout im gona do one excersise per body part that i feel that does the best for me like the guy i talked to said i should do and do 3 sets of 10-12 reps.

also to let yall know im about 5'9'' weigh 150 age 19 im not sure if this is right but i told that guy i was 155 when he was calculated how much protein and carbs i need and just weight myself a sec ago and im 150 and nowi dont remember how to calculate that stuff. but when i told him i was 155 he said i need 170 grams of protein aday and 300 carbs. so now i know im gona need a little less but if comeone cam help me calculate it that would be great.

like i said i want to bulk and get there quickest i can but i just feel that the plan i got above want get me there as quickly as a 3 day fullbody workout would.....but im not sure i ant no expert or nothen lol so this is my mian concern right now.. thx
 
so which would be the best for me starten back into weight training a fullbody workout mon,tues,wens or the plan i have got set up which is a mon-fri with weekends off and working 2-3 body parts a day??
