It's now April 20 and according to the scale yesterday, I have lost 13 more pounds in the past 2 weeks or so.
I had gout in my ankle and wasn't able to work out but I went back for the first time yesterday. After I was finished, I weighed myuself and it said 271 when it was 284 last time.
I guess even though I didn't work out for a couple weeks, my metabolism had improved and took over for the time being.
It's great.
