Hello.

I've been surfing this site for a while and I now think I have something to share.

I began my weight loss plan at 305 pounds and just 4 weeks later, I weighed and was at 284.

I'll try to post a pic but it may take a while b/c I'e never done that before.
 
I just cut out carbs, been drinkin water like nobody's business and walking on treadmill and other stuff 3-4 days a week.

I cheated this past weekend (Zaxby's wings and a few tenders and fries) so back to the grind this week.
 
It's now April 20 and according to the scale yesterday, I have lost 13 more pounds in the past 2 weeks or so.

I had gout in my ankle and wasn't able to work out but I went back for the first time yesterday. After I was finished, I weighed myuself and it said 271 when it was 284 last time.

I guess even though I didn't work out for a couple weeks, my metabolism had improved and took over for the time being.

It's great.

Wow you can already tell a big difference.
no worries about the one day. even i have a cheat day (it helps keep you form going crazy lol)
but remember it didn't come on in one day its not gonna come off in one day.
keep it up =)
 
4-28 comparrison

Still got a ways to go but the treadmill and elliptical really help.
